los requerimientos de la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CE2:<\/strong> Lidera y ejecuta programas para el manejo, preservaci\u00f3n y aprovechamiento racional de los recursos h\u00eddricos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CE3:<\/strong> Transmite y difunde conocimientos mediante programas de extensi\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, y reporte de style=\"text-align: justify;\">El graduado del Doctorado en Recursos H\u00eddricos tendr\u00e1 la capacidad de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gestionar y desarrollar proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica b\u00e1sica y aplicada orientado al manejo y gesti\u00f3n sustentable de los recursos h\u00eddricos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gestionar y ejecutar proyectos de desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, de adaptaci\u00f3n, transferencia, validaci\u00f3n y adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda conforme a las necesidades de la sociedad.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transmitir los conocimientos adquiridos mediante los m\u00e9todos apropiados, mediante programas de extensi\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, y reporte de art\u00edculos t\u00e9cnicos y
